Key Codes / Registering

What are Key Codes?

When you order Hazmatter, you are asked to enter your handheld computer's "user name". We then supply you with a special "Key Code" that enables Hazmatter to run on your handheld computer. The first time you run Hazmatter, you are prompted for this Key Code.

Where is my Key Code?

If you order online, your Key Code will be displayed when you complete your order, and you will also automatically receive your Key Code by E-mail. If you do not receive your code within 1 business day, please contact our Tech Support Staff

How can I find my Palm's User Name?

• Tap on the Applications button

• Tap on the HotSync icon

• Your user name is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.

Why doesn't my Key Code work?

The user name you gave us may have been incorrect (for example, you may have entered "John Doe" when the user name is actually "John P. Doe"). In this case we would provide you with the wrong Key Code.
You may be entering the Key Code into your Palm incorrectly. All Key Codes are five numeric digits.
You entered your Palm's serial number instead of your username.

How can I get a Key Code?

If you don't own Hazmatter, you will receive a Key Code when you order Hazmatter. If have already purchased Hazmatter, please use the form below.
